NEPTUNE GLOBAL APPOINTS SEPARATION SOLUTIONS FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
LEVERAGES EXTENSIVE DEALER NETWORK AND OPERATIONAL EXPERTISE
NASHVILLE, TN June 12, 2019– Neptune Global announced the appointment of Separation Solutions for the marketing and sales of the Fisk Neptune Processor throughout North America.
Mark A. Skoda, CEO, stated, “We have been working with Separation Solutions for the past several months and have made great progress in our business relationship. It became apparent that we could leverage their strong dealer network for marketing and sales as well as their nearly sixty years of combined experience in the oil and gas industry to jump start our sales. I have come to know Larry Cox and James Redd personally and have found working with them to be excellent. Solidifying our relationship through this agreement was an easy decision.”
The strategic relationship includes the marketing, sales and distribution of the Fisk Neptune Processor throughout the region. The agreement also provides for the manufacturing and licensing of key technologies, including the Fisk Neptune Processor, for the business in Africa and the Middle East.
Larry Cox, CEO, commented, “Mark and I have worked together in developing ideas related to the sale of services in deploying the Fisk Neptune Processor. It became apparent to us that Separation Solutions could act as the critical sales channel for the processor and leverage our experience. NEPTUNE GLOBAL SIGNS INDIA DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
WILL ESTABLISH ENGINEERING R&D CENTER IN HYDERABAD
NASHVILLE, TN June 13, 2019– Neptune Global announced the launch of additional international operations in India through Mastive Infrastructure Private Ltd.
Mark A. Skoda, CEO, stated, “We are excited about the formation of our partnership with Mastive Infrastructure Private Ltd. After establishing our Africa and Middle East agreements, we were introduced to the team in India. My previous joint venture experience with a major Indian conglomerate made this effort a logical next step. India requires clean water to support industrial processes, agriculture and as drinking water. The Fisk Neptune Processor is a logical solution to that problem where large scale projects are not feasible.”
The strategic relationship includes the marketing, sales and distribution of the Fisk Neptune Processor throughout the region. The agreement also provides for the manufacturing and licensing of key technologies, including the Fisk Neptune Processor as well as the development of a new global research and development engineering Center of Excellence.

APPOINTS GUS KLOHN TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
NASHVILLE, TN June 12, 2019– Neptune Global announced the launch of its international operations throughout Africa and the Middle East through Fourthwind Investments.
Neptune Water Remediation Services, through the Fisk Neptune Processor technology, provides for wastewater treatment, pollution control, brine removal and produced water processing to optimize water resources and reduce freshwater consumption.
